We're based in Centerville, OH and ship anywhere in the United States.

How long it takes

Because every piece is made to order, timing depends on the item and how busy the shop is. We always confirm the turnaround with you when we scope your order — before anything is made — so you know exactly what to expect. We reply to every order and custom request within 2–3 business days (usually sooner).

Returns & refunds

Here's the honest version: nearly everything we make is handmade to order, and custom pieces are created just for you. Because of that, orders generally can't be returned or refunded — a personalized tumbler or a custom sign can't be resold to anyone else.

The exception — if it's on us, we make it right

If your order arrives damaged, or it's not what we agreed on, that's our responsibility. Reach out within 7 days of receiving it (a quick photo helps) and we'll fix it, remake it, or make it right — no runaround.

Custom & personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders are not refundable unless we made the mistake. This is exactly why we send a mockup for your approval before we produce anything — so you see precisely what you're getting, and there are no surprises.
