We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to make your order beautiful — and we never sell your info. Here's exactly how it works.

What we collect
We only ask for what we actually need to design, quote, produce, and deliver your order. Depending on how you reach out, that can include:
- Your name and contact details (email address, and a phone number if you give us one).
- Order and project details — event type, quantities, colors, personalization text, and any artwork, photos, or files you send us for your proof.
- Shipping or local-pickup details when your order needs to get to you.
- Messages you send us by email, our order form, or social media.
- Basic, anonymous site-usage data through analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).
We don't knowingly collect information from children, and we don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't send us payment card numbers by email — invoicing is handled separately (see below).
How we use it
Your information is used to run our little studio and take care of your order. Specifically:
- Fulfilling your order — designing your digital proof, sending it for approval, producing it, and getting it to you.
- Sending you invoices and payment instructions (we invoice manually — more on that in our Terms).
- Answering your questions and keeping you posted on timelines and status.
- Optional marketing — only if you opt in. We may occasionally email news, specials, or new products, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- Improving our website and understanding, in aggregate, what's helpful to visitors.
We never sell your data
Full stop: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services we use to actually run your order (listed below), and only as much as those services need to do their job.
Third parties we work with
To run the studio, we rely on a few reputable services that may process your information on our behalf:
Email delivery
We use Resend to send order emails, proofs, and (if you opt in) updates.
Payments
Invoices are handled manually today. If we add card payments later, they'll be processed securely by a provider such as Square — we don't store your card details ourselves.
Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand site traffic in aggregate.
Website hosting
Our site and files are hosted by our web infrastructure provider.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We only share what's necessary, and we choose partners that take security seriously.
Your choices & requesting deletion
It's your information. You can ask us to see what we have, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.
To make a request, just email designsbybart@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Note: we may need to keep certain records (like completed invoices) where the law requires it.
Updates to this policy
As our little business grows, we may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Big changes will be highlighted so nothing catches you off guard.
