What does Bart’s & Crafts make?
We make handmade and custom goods — things like car coasters, tumblers, candles, signs, shadow boxes, resin pieces, puzzles, apparel, and more. Most items can be personalized with your own names, colors, and wording.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes — custom is our favorite. Tell us what you’re dreaming up (an occasion, a design, a photo, or a vibe) through a custom request, and we’ll bring it to life. If you’re not sure exactly what you want yet, describe the idea and we’ll help shape it.
How long do custom orders take?
Everything is made to order, so timing depends on the item and how busy the shop is. We confirm the turnaround with you when we scope your order, before anything is made — so you always know what to expect.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup?
Both. We’re based in Dayton, Ohio, and offer shipping as well as local pickup options. Shipping and pickup details are shown at checkout for your order.
How do I take care of my item?
Care depends on the product. As a general rule, hand-wash tumblers and drinkware rather than using the dishwasher, keep vinyl and printed items out of the microwave, and wipe pieces gently. We include any specific care notes with your order.
Can I return a custom item?
Because custom pieces are made just for you, they generally can’t be resold and aren’t returnable — but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what we agreed on, reach out right away and we’ll make it right.
