How we got here.
From a single craft desk post-COVID to a full-capability sister-run studio — here's the honest version.
One desk. One Cricut. One big idea.
Brittany launched Bart's & Crafts in early 2021 — right as the world was crawling out of COVID and people were craving connection again. What started on a single craft desk at home quickly turned into something she couldn't stop. The name? "Bart" is what her people have called her since her twenties, and it stuck.
Growing roots.
Word spread fast. Loyal customers turned into regulars. Products expanded well beyond the Cricut — sublimation, resin, hand-painted signs, edible creations. Bart's & Crafts landed in local stores and kept growing, all while Brittany ran every single piece of it herself.
Chelsey joins the family business.
In 2024, Brittany's younger sister Chelsey stepped in — and the dynamic shifted in the best possible way. With Brittany holding down the marketing strategy and Chelsey bringing her education and occupational therapy background to the table, suddenly the studio had both the creative brain and the detail-obsessed, people-first energy it needed to scale.
